摘要

肉桂醛改性处理的壳聚糖对碳纳米管表面进行修饰,制得一种新型的肉桂醛/壳聚糖/碳纳米管复合材料。用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR),X射线衍射仪(XRD),热分析系统(TGA),透射电镜(TEM)对该肉桂醛/壳聚糖/碳纳米管复合材料及相应中间产物进行表征与分析。以猪胰脂肪酶为模型,探究该肉桂醛/壳聚糖/碳纳米管复合材料固定化酶的性质。实验证明:在肉桂醛与壳聚糖的质量比为4:1,pH=7.0,脂肪酶浓度为5mg/ml时,该复合材料最大负载量为248mg/g,酶活性为8064U/g,重复利用7次后,酶活性仍然保持69%。

Abstract

A novel carbon nanotube composite modified by cinnamaldehyde/chitosan has been synthesized, The composite and the corresponding intermediates were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, SEM and TGA. Using lipase as the model, to explore the cinnamic aldehyde/chitosan/carbon nanotube composite material properties of the immobilized enzyme. The results showed that in the quality of cinnamic aldehyde and chitosan ratio of 4:1, pH = 7.0, enzyme concentration of 5 mg/ml, the maximum load of the composite materials was 248 mg/g , and the enzyme activity was 8064 u/g, use again after 7 times, enzyme activity remained 69%.
