水相体系中,利用Ti(SO4)2的水解反应获得表面清洁的分散性良好的锐钛矿型TiO2纳米晶。以TiO2纳米晶为基体,采用紫外光诱导还原法,获得了表面清洁的Ag/TiO2纳米异质结,TEM测试显示异质结形貌为20~30nm长的棒状TiO2与10 nm的Ag纳米球复合;而亚甲基蓝光降解实验表明异质结在可见光下的光催化活性高达纯TiO2的31倍。文中还讨论了紫外光诱导还原机理及异质结光催化性能高的原因。

In this paper, matchstick-like, surface-clean, well-dispersed anatase TiO2 nanocrystals were successfully prepared in a aqueous system. Based on these nanocrystals, Ag/TiO2 heterojunctions were synthesized via a UV-photoreduction aqueous route. TEM measurements illustrate the existence of heterojunction and degradation of methylene blue demonstrate the photocatalytic property of Ag/TiO2 heterojunctions is 31 times superior to the pure TiO2 nanocrystals under visible light irradition.
