本研究在克隆得到褐飞虱膜结合型海藻糖酶基因(NlTreh-2)的前提下,对其功能进行了初步研究。取得如下结果:(1)建立了褐飞虱人工饲喂平台和dsRNA饲喂平台,使通过饲喂dsRNA方法研究褐飞虱的基因功能成为可能;(2)通过饲喂的方法将体外转录合成的NlTreh-2 dsRNA导入到褐飞虱体内后发现干涉NlTreh-2基因会使褐飞虱的蜕皮变态和存活受到较大影响,据此我们推测膜结合型海藻糖酶可能对褐飞虱的生长发育有重要作用。

In this paper, we report the function of a membrane-bound trehalase gene in N. lugens under the premise that we have cloned the full length cDNA of NlTreh-2. The main results are the followings: (1) We established the dsRNA feeding platform of N. lugens, which makes possible for gene functional analysis of this insect. (2) We show that feeding of NlTreh-2 dsRNA solutions to N. lugens larvae resulted in a strong decline in the insect survival rates, and our results suggest that membrane-bound trehalase gene may be pivotal for the growth, development and survival of N. lugens
