本文主要介绍了在原有车型基础上增加电动背门装备。电动背门结构复杂,在设计与生产中能否开关自如,能否满足不同工况要求,以及能否和车身协调匹配且不会对车身性能造成影响是比较难解决的问题。此文结合设计案例,分析了电动撑杆的布置可行性,并通过CAE仿真分析,找到背门关闭过程中车身安装点处变形过大的影响因素。

his paper mainly introduces the addition of the electric back door equipment on the basis of the original model. The structure of the electric back door is complicated in design and produce. Whether or not the production can be opened and closed, can meet the requirements of different working conditions, and can match the body in coordination and not to the body character. It is difficult to solve the problem that can cause the influence. Combined with the design case, the feasibility of the electric pole placement is analyzed in this paper. By the CAE simulation analysis, the influence factors of the excessive deformation of the body installation point during the back door closing process are found.
