本文提出了一种可调谐单纵模掺铒光纤激光器,其输出激光线宽1.4kHz。激光器使用一个双锥型马赫增德尔干涉仪作为波长选择装置,一段5米长的未泵浦掺铒光纤作为可饱和吸收体来实现单纵模输出。通过调节两个光纤锥之间光纤的弯曲半径,激光的中心波长可以在1545.4nm到1561.9nm范围内调节,最大光谱信噪比(OSNR)为40dB,在室温下一个小时内输出功率波动小于0.06dB。
In this paper,we propose and demonstrate a tunable and stable single-longitudinal-mode (SLM) erbium fiber laser with 1.4 kHz linewidth. A two-taper Mach-Zehnder interferometer filter as a wavelength -selective component and 5-meter-long unpumped erbium-doped fiber (EDF) as a saturable absorber(SA) are used in the cavity. By adjusting the curvature of two-taper, the center wavelength of the laser can be tuned from 1545.4 nm to 1561.9 nm. The maximum optical signal to noise ratios(OSNR)is 40 dB and the power variation is less than 0.06 dB in one hour under room temperature.
