Based on Markov Chain Prediction of Sand Storm in Inner Mongolia
本文研究了马尔科夫链在沙尘暴预测模型中的应用问题。通过马尔科夫链理论以及切普-柯尔莫哥洛夫（Chapman-Kolmogorov）方程的研究，结合沙尘暴发生的不确定性。不仅给出了一种可以短期预报沙尘暴的有效方法，而且对若干年后的沙尘暴情况进行了科学的预测。
his paper study a model application of Markov Chain Prediction for Sand Storm. Based the theory of Markov Chain and Chapman-Kolmogorov equation, and combine with the uncertain character of Sand Storm. Not only give an effective method to prediction a nearly Sand Storm, but also take a scientific prediction into the things after several years.
