汽车发动机多级混合流水车间协同调度优化方法

为了协同汽车发动机多级混合流水车间不同工艺的生产过程,从而提高汽车发动机生产线的协同生产效率并降低协同生产成本,提出了一种面向汽车发动机多级混合流水车间的协同调度优化方法。首先,分析了各个车间之间的协同生产关系,对发动机多级流水车间的协同生产成本进行了阐述,并以协同生产成本和最大完工时间为两个优化目标建立了汽车发动机多级混合流水车间协同生产模型。然后,采用了一种基于多线程计算的改进参考向量引导多目标优化进化(RVEA)算法,提高了对汽车发动机多级混合流水车间协同生产模型的优化求解效率。最后,以某汽车生产公司的生产实际为案例进行实验和对比分析,采用多线程RVEA算法进行了求解,验证了本文所提模型和方法的有效性和优越性。

collaborative scheduling optimization method is proposed to coordinate the production process involving different workshops in the multi-stage hybrid engine shop, thus improving the collaborative production efficiency and reduce the cost for automotive engine production line. Firstly, the co-production relationship between each workshop and the co-production cost of engine multi-stage flow shop are analyzed and then the co-production model of multi-stage hybrid flow shop for automotive engine is established. Secondly, an improved reference vector guided multi-objective optimization evolutionary algorithm (RVEA) based on multi-threaded computation is proposed to improve the efficiency of optimally solving a multi-stage hybrid flow shop co-production model for automotive engines. Finally, the proposed multi-threaded (RVEA) is used to carry out a comparative analysis in a real-life case study from company, and the effectiveness and superiority of the model and method proposed in this paper have been verified.
