微网储能系统用高电压增益双向三电平直流变换器
Bidirectional three-level DC-DC converter with high voltage gain for microgrid energy storage system
微网储能系统中,为了解决高压直流母线与低压蓄电池之间电压等级匹配悬殊问题,在现有的高电压增益Buck、Boost直流变换器拓扑的基础上,按照双向直流变换器的构成原则,提出一种高电压增益双向三电平直流变换器。从Buck、Boost工作模式,阐述双向变换器的高电压增益运行机理,并构建双调制度关于电压增益、协调控制系数之间的约束函数,实现双向变换器高电压增益与功率开关非极端占空比的协调控制。最后,通过仿真,验证了所提拓扑和控制方法的正确性和有效性,该拓扑有望适用于微网储能系统。
In order to solve the voltage level difference issue between the high voltage DC link and the low volate battery, a high voltage gain bidirectional three-level DC-DC converter is proposed based on the traditional high voltage gain Buck and Boost DC-DC converter with the synthesis principle of bidirectional DC-DC converter. The high voltage gain operation principle of Buck and Boost modes is clarified, the refrained function between the voltage gain and the control index is also established, and the high voltage gain opration and non-extreme duty cycle of power switches are carried out. Finally, the proposed topology and the control method is verified by simulation resutls, and it is hoped to be applied in microgrid energy storage system.
