有机高分子定形相变储能材料的合成与性能研究

以甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯为聚合单体(mPEGMA)、二乙烯苯(DVB)为聚合交联剂,通过交联共聚反应得到一类新型有机高分子定形相变储能材料-聚(甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯-二乙烯苯)(PPEGMA-DVE)。在丁酮溶剂中,详细研究了聚合温度、引发剂用量、物料浓度与配比、聚合时间对交联共聚的影响规律,得较佳聚合条件:m(mPEGMA):m(DVB)=19:1,BPO用量0.9%,反应温度80℃,单体浓度为0.5g/mL,反应时间6h,此时产品收率为98%。经差热(DSC)与热重(TG)分析,产品的相变焓值可以达到100.7J/g,分解温度为369℃,具有优异的热稳定性。

In this paper, novel polymeric form-stable phase change material (PPEGMA-DVE) was synthesized by the solution polymerization of divinyl benzene (DVB) with poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate (mPEGMA) with BPO as initiator. In butanone, the influences of reaction temperature, initiator dosage, monomer concentration and ratio of DVB to mPEGMA, and reaction time on polymerization were discussed in detail. The better conditions are that m(mPEGMA):m(DVB)=19:1, BPO 0.9%, temerature 80℃, monomer concentration 0.5g/mL, time 6h, and the yield of product was 98%. By the analysis of DSC and TG, the phase change enthalpy and thermal decomposition temperature reached 100.7J/g and 369℃, respectively. The product has good thermal-stable performance.
