自动化系统在水处理设备中的应用

针对早期水处理设备采用继电器控制、硬接点较多、容易氧化、造成接触不良、使控制失灵,且无法实现可视化实时监控功能;而目前一些地区多采用三菱PLC控制,由于点数范围较小,性能不够稳定,也无法满足部分企业的要求。因此,本文提出了采用西门子S7-200PLC和西门子MP22触摸屏的水处理控制系统对水处理设备进行控制和实时监控的方案。该方案实现了纯水处理系统自动运行、联锁报警、手动控制和电仪控制一体化功能,最大减少了值守人员、降低了成本、性能稳定、效率高和维修方便等优点,可在啤酒、饮料、制药和汽车涂料加工等行业广泛的应用。
Early in water treatment equipment adopts relays control, hard, easy oxidation, connector contact cause, control, and cannot achieve visual ineffectiveness real-time monitoring function.But now some regions with mitsubishi PLC control, because of the small areas, performance enough points, stability, also cannot satisfy the requirement of enterprise. Therefore, this paper proposes using Siemens S7-200 PLC and touch screen water treatment MP22 Siemens control system to control and water treatment equipment, real-time monitoring of the scheme. This plan has realized the water treatment system, automatic operation, interlock alarming, manual control and the integration of function, the biggest radiometer control reduced between staff, reduced cost, stable performance, high efficiency and convenient maintenance, beer, beverage, pharmaceutical and automobile coating processing industries widely.
