多年来,我国高等教育事业一直处在全方位改革阶段,其核心内容就是如何培养全面发展、具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才。由于第二课堂素质拓展活动所具有的特殊性,对提高大学生创新精神和实践能力有着十分重要的指导与辅助作用,在学校人才培养工作中发挥了不可替代的作用,使得第二课堂素质拓展活动受到了越来越多的关注和重视。本文将通过对辽宁工程技术大学第二课堂素质拓展活动现状的分析,总结经验,查找不足,并提出解决问题的相应对策,为以后进一步加强我校及其他院校的第二课堂素质拓展活动建设提供参考与借鉴。

Our country higher education cause remains a stage of an all –direction reform for many years, whose core content is how to cultivate high quality talents with an all-around development, innovative spirit as well as prantical ability. Because Second Classroom Quality Development possesses its own particulanty, ti has an important directive and assistant effect on the development of university students’ innovative spirit and practical ability. At the same time, it play an irreplaceable role in school talent-training job. Therefore, more and more attention is being paid to it. Through analysing the present situation of the Second Classroom Quality Development, sum up experience, look for inadequate, and propose appropriate countermeasures, for the future to future strenghten the construction of the Second Classroom, to provide the reference and the model.
