表面活性剂对二氧化硅溶胶的降粘作用及其机理研究
Investigation on Viscosity Reduction Effect of Surfactants on Silica Colloids and its Mechanism
研究了不同浓度碱性硅溶胶的粘度性质及其双电层结构特征。利用毛细管粘度法研究了在硅溶胶中添加不同种类的表面活性剂对碱性硅溶胶粘度性质的影响,发现加入三种不同表面活性剂后,硅溶胶的粘度都出现了不同程度的下降,其中以添加SDBS的降粘作用最明显,添加OP-10和SDS的次之。表面活性剂的降粘作用机理推测为SDBS在硅溶胶颗粒上的包覆作用。实验发现SDBS的降粘作用与其浓度有关,表现为临界胶束浓度规律,临界浓度大约在4.6 10-3 mol/L左右。
he viscosity property of variety concentration alkaline silica colloids and character of double electrode layer were investigated. Effects of surfactants on silica colloids viscosity was studied, it shows that direct addition of surfactants resulted in reduction of viscosity, SDBS is effective than op-10 and SDS. It was speculated that the mechanism of viscosity reduction was relied on the covering process of SDBS on the colloids particle. The effect of concentration on the viscosity reduction of SDBS behaved as critical micelle concentration rule, and critical concentration is about 4.6別10-3 mol/L.
