Immune-related gene expression in Bm5 cells responsive to BmNPV infection
BmNPV病毒是杆状病毒科的成员之一,其在侵染宿主细胞的过程中会引起细胞的诸多反应。病毒之所以能够成功感染细胞并完成复制周期进入下一轮的侵染与免疫反应的过程息息相关。本研究的结果显示:Toll,Imd和JNK通路在病毒感染的初期(1.5小时)和后期(48小时)受到抑制。此研究为阐明杆状病毒和宿主之间互作的分子机制提供了基础。
BmNPV is one of the members of the genus nucleopolyhedrovirus (NPVs), a genus in the family baculoviridae. BmNPV requires interaction with their hosts to accomplish virus replication in the host insect cells. The infection and replication of BmNPV are closely linked to the host cellular immune response. Our study suggests that Toll, Imd and JNK signaling pathways are inhibited during the primary (1.5 h) and late (48 h) BmNPV infection. This study provides a basic knowledge of interaction between baculovirus and host cells.
