螺旋桨水动力性能的影响因素分析

为了对螺旋桨水动力性能的影响因素进行分析,采用CFD软件对敞水螺旋桨的水动力性能进行了数值模拟。编制FORTRAN程序计算螺旋桨型值点,用前处理器ICEM进行建模,并对网格进行局部加密。在此基础上采用数值模拟的方法对影响螺旋桨性能的主要几何参数进行变尺度研究,分析盘面比、螺距比和侧斜等各种参数对螺旋桨性能的影响。计算结果表明,盘面比和螺距比对螺旋桨的效率和推力性能有重要的影响,而侧斜对螺旋桨的推力性能影响相对较小。

In order to analyze the influence factors on the hydrodynamic performance of the propeller,used CFD software to make numerical simulation of open water propeller. prepared the value of the propeller point by FORTRAN,modeled the propeller geometry by preprocessor ICEM and refined the local grid.The numerical simulation method was used to take variable scale research on the main geometrical parameters which influent the performance of propeller.Analyze the impact of various parameters which include propeller area ratio, pitch ratio and skewed on the performance of the propeller.The calculation results show that the area ratio and pitch have an important influence on the thrust performance of propeller, while the influence of skewed is relatively small.
