膜蒸馏处理焦化废水生化出水的实验研究

Experimental study of membrane distillation process for advanced treatment of biologically treated coking wastewater

该实验采用直接接触膜蒸馏法处理焦化废水生化出水,在热侧进口温度40oC,冷侧进口温度20oC,不同流速(0.1-0.5m/s)的条件下膜蒸馏运行8h,对出水水质、初始膜通量和热效率进行了分析,结果显示:随着流速的增加,热效率先增加后减小,最优流速为0.3m/s,在此操作条件下,初始通量为11.28 kgom-2oh-1,热效率为19.9%,膜蒸馏出水主要污染物指标COD、色度、电导率、氨氮分别为6.5 mg/L, 1 , 27.0 us/cm, 1.08 mg/L,能达到回用水水质标准。对不同流速下通量的变化及膜污染进行了研究,结果表明,增大流速可以减缓膜污染。

he advanced treatment of biologically treated coking wastewater was studied using direct contact membrane distillation system. After the system operating 8h, the water quality, initial flux and thermal efficiency were analyzed at different flow rates (0.1-0.5m/s)(hot side inlet temperature 40oC, cold side inlet temperature 20oC). The results show that the thermal efficiency showed a trend of first increase and then decrease with the increasing of flow rate, the optimal flow rate is 0.3m/s. Under this operating condition, the initial flux was 11.28 kgom-2oh-1, the thermal efficiency was 19.9%, the main pollutant index of the permeate effluent, such as COD, color, conductivity and ammonia was 6.5 mg/L, 1 , 27.0 us/cm, 1.08 mg/L, respectively. All can meet the water-quality standard of reuse water. The change of the flux and membrane fouling at different flow rates were also investigated. Result of this study showed that increasing the flow rate can slow membrane fouling.
