中厚板矫直过程中中性层偏移规律分析

在中厚板矫直过程中，矫直力的精确给定是影响产品质量的重要原因之一。本文通过对中厚板矫直机矫直过程中中性层偏移规律进行分析，讨论了中性层偏移对矫直力矩的影响，说明在矫直力模型的建立过程中应该考虑中性层偏移的因素。在矫直力模型建立时考虑中性层偏移的影响，可以提高矫直精度，进而提高产品质量。
In straightening process, the straightening force was a very important factor to product quality. In this paper, the changing law of neutral layer offset was analyzed in straightening process. By force analysis of straightening plate, the neutral layer offset formula was obtained. The formula is verified by numerical and experimental method. Considering the neutral layer offset to establish the straightening force model, it can improve the straightening precision and product quality.
