典型PPCPs在活性污泥上的吸附行为研究
Study on the adsorption behavior of typical PPCPs onto activated sludge
采用批平衡试验方法,分析并研究环丙沙星(CIP)、四环素(TC)、金霉素(CTC)、磺胺甲噁唑(SMX)、卡马西平(CBZ)和三氯生(TCS)在活性污泥上的吸附行为及其影响因素。结果表明,活性污泥对6种目标PPCPs的吸附是个快速过程,在4h内基本达到吸附平衡。整个吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程,吸附常数为2.18×10-3~9.8×10-2 kg/(minomg)。溶液pH值对CIP、TC、CTC和TCS的吸附过程影响较大,但对SMX和CBZ的吸附影响相对较小。目标PPCPs在活性污泥上的吸附等温线能较好地符合Freundlich方程,高温不利于CIP、SMX、CBZ和TCS吸附,而利于TC和CTC吸附。活性污泥对CIP、TC、CTC和TCS的吸附能力较强,但对SMX和CBZ吸附效果较差,当初始浓度为10 mg/L时,活性污泥对CIP、TC、CTC、SMX、CBZ和TCS的平衡吸附量分别可达690.6、675.2、701.7、93.1、282.9和737.5 mg/kg。
batch equilibrium method was used to investigate the adsorption behavior of ciprofloxacin (CIP), tetracycline (TC), chlortetracycline (CTC), sulfamethoxazole (SMX), carbamazepine (CBZ) and triclosan (TCS) onto activated sludge. The results showed that the adsorption process of the six target PPCPs onto activated sludge was fast. The equilibrium time was about 4h. The kinetic results indicated that the adsorption processes followed the pseudo-second-order model, with adsorption rate ranging from 2.18×10-3 to 9.8×10-2 kg/(minomg). The solution pH value had a significant effect on the adsorption of CIP, TC, CTC and TCS, whereas the effect on SMX and CBZ was negligible. Adsorption isotherms of the target PPCPs were well described by the Freundlich equation. As temperature increased, the amount of TC and CTC adsorbed increased, whereas CIP, SMX, CBZ and TCS were decreased. CIP, TC, CTC and TCS had a strong tendency to adsorb onto activated sludge, while the adsorption of SMX and CBZ was unfavorable. As the initial concentrations of PPCPs were 10 mg/L, the equilibrium adsorption capacities of CIP, TC, CTC, SMX, CBZ and TCS were 690.6, 675.2, 701.7, 93.1, 282.9 and 737.5 mg/kg, respectively.
