考虑热网特性的热电联合系统热源规划方案研究
Research on Planning Methods of Heat Source in Combined Heat and Power System Considering Thermal Performance of Heating Pipelines Network
风能资源普遍具有集中度高、规模大和远离负荷中心的特点,使得风电建设规模快速增长的地区难以将其进行就地消纳,导致大量弃风。本文首先建立了供热系统的数学模型,分析了供热管网的延时特性对风电消纳的影响。并在此基础上对不同附加热源的技术和经济性进行了分析,讨论了不同场景对附加热源容量的需求,并根据不同的规划目标建立热电联合系统规划模型,以此进一步分析了系统的经济效益和弃风消纳率指标。算例分析表明,热网特性对热电机组的调峰能力有一定的影响,当热电机组的调峰容量较小时,热网特性对提高系统风电的消纳能力有限。
he rapid growth of wind capacity has caused curtailment of wind resources in some areas with sufficient wind energy and it is becoming an urgent task to improve the utilization rate of wind power. The mathematical modelling of heating systems is firstly established in this paper and then it is applied to analyze the effects of the delay characteristic of heating pipelines on minimizing curtailment of wind power. The technological and economic indicators of different types of heat sources are also analyzed in order to identify the demand of heat sources capacity in different periods of heating seasons. Planning models of combined heat and power systems are established according to corresponding planning objectives and used in obtaining the revenue of systems and the utilized rate value of wind power. The results of case studies show that the delay characteristic of heating pipelines in some periods of heating seasons has little effect on the reduction in curtailment of wind energy because of the lack of adjustable space to cogeneration units. The curtailed wind power cannot be entirely consumed because the capacity of storage tanks is limited to a maximum value due to the power output of cogeneration units. Electric boilers can totally utilize the curtailed wind power when their capacity is enough although the revenue of systems can decline, after a period of increase, as the amount of wind resources curtailment decreases. The capacity of heat sources varies by different planning methods of combined heat and power systems.?????
