氨基功能化淀粉基吸附剂的制备及其对铀酰离子的吸附行为
Preparation of Amino-functional Starch-based Adsorbent and Its Adsorption Behavior for Uranyl Ions
以淀粉为原料,采用酯化-交联-氨解三步反应在淀粉分子引入氨基配位体,获得氨基功能化淀粉基吸附剂,使之具有螯合重金属离子的能力。利用FTIR和EDS等手段对吸附剂的表面化学性质、元素分布进行了表征。研究了氨基功能化淀粉基吸附剂对水溶液中铀酰离子的吸附性能,分析了吸附动力学和吸附热力学。结果表明,淀粉基吸附剂经过氨基功能化后,对铀酰离子的吸附性能显著提高。氨基功能化淀粉基吸附剂对铀酰离子的吸附行为符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和准二级吸附动力学方程,吸附过程主要依靠其表面-NH2与铀酰离子的配位螯合作用,且为放热过程。在pH=6,初始铀酰离子质量浓度为35 mg/g,反应温度为25 ℃,吸附剂投加量为0.25 g/L,吸附时间为5 h的条件下,吸附剂对铀酰离子的吸附量为118.92 mg/g。说明该氨基功能化淀粉基吸附剂在吸附铀酰离子方面具有潜在的应用前景。
Starch is used as a raw material, and an amino ligand is introduced into the starch molecule using an esterification-crosslinking-ammonolysis three-step reaction to obtain an amino-functionalized starch-based adsorbent, which has the ability to chelate heavy metal ions. Using FTIR and EDS and other methods were used to characterize the surface chemical properties and element distribution of the adsorbent. The adsorption performance of amino-functionalized starch-based adsorbents for uranyl ions in aqueous solutions was studied, and the adsorption kinetics and adsorption thermodynamics were analyzed. The adsorption behavior of uranyl ions by amino-functionalized starch-based adsorbents conforms to the Langmuir isotherm adsorption model and quasi-second-order adsorption kinetic equations. The adsorption process mainly depends on Its surface-the coordination chelation between NH2 and uranyl ion, is an exothermic process. At pH=6, the initial uranyl ion mass concentration is 35 mg/g, the reaction temperature is 25 ℃, and the adsorbent is injected. Under the conditions of the addition amount of 0.25 g/L and the adsorption time of 5 h, the adsorption amount of the uranyl ion by the adsorbent was 118.92 mg/g. This shows that the amino-functionalized starch-based adsorbent has potential application prospects in the adsorption of uranyl ions.
