天然生漆的相反转乳化
Phase Inversion Emulsification of Raw Lacquer
由漆酚直接合成了漆酚基乳化剂(UE)。根据乳化作用的结构相似性原理,用漆酚基乳化剂(UE)乳化天然生漆,制备O/W型生漆乳液(RLE),研究了UE用量、UE结构、UE与PVA的质量比、混合乳化剂浓度、对相反转乳化过程的影响。结果表明: UE可使W/O型天然生漆转化为O/W型生漆乳液,而混合乳化剂 UE8A / PVA使RLE的稳定性增强, 其离心稳定性可达到5级。
Urushiol-based emulsifier(UE)was synthesized from urushiol. According to the principle of structure similarity for emulsification, the O/W type raw lacquer emulsion (RLE) was prepared by using UE as emulsifier . The effects of UE8A content, the structure of UE ,quality ratio of UE and PVA and mixed emulsifier UE/PVA content on the RL phase inversion during emulsification process were investigated. The results showed that UE is of capability to transfer raw lacquer into O/W type emulsion(RLE). The stability of RLE was enhanced by mixed emulsifier of UE/PVA (ME).
