经THF自氧化策略的炔酸酯脱羧级联反应

本文报道了一种简单且环境友好的的策略,通过THF自氧化性质,在仅使用氧气作为氧化剂的条件下,实现了THF的α-官能化,一系列芳基炔酸酯被顺利转化为相应三取代烯烃产物。通过对反应所涉及到的因素进行筛选,如温度、反应液浓度、反应时间,作者筛选出反应的最优反应条件,并在最优的条件下以中等至良好的产率成功制备了12个三取代烯烃产物。

In this paper, a facile and environmentally friendly strategy has been reported.Through the auto-oxidation properties of THF, the α-functionalization of THF was achieved by using oxygen as terminal oxidant, a series of alkynoates successfully converted into corresponding tri-substituted olefin. By screening the factors involved in the reaction, such as temperature, concentration, and reaction time, the optimal reaction conditions was obtained and successfully prepared 12 tri-substituted olefin with moderate to good yield.
