本文提出创业企业价值的评估应该是在期权思维下的一种修正风险折现率的折现现金流方法，其核心是确定折现率；在对创业企业价值的影响因素分析之后，探讨了折现率修正的因素，并把美国创业投资家所使用的拇指规则作为一个案例。
