he Cambrian succession in the North China Platform consists of abundant limestone conglomerates which are closely related to soft-sediment deformation structures and sedimentary activity associated with storm,wave ect. This article focus on the conglomerates components, matrix characteristics, texture characteristics and the associated lithofacies in Jiulong mountain, LaiWu, two types of limestone conglomerates are found, one is diagenetic type, another is deposition type, we find that: most diagenetic type limestone conglomerates have muddy matrix, and its conglomerates components are relatively single and showe secondary angular and typical draining structures,it varies from limestone conglomerates to striped argillaceous limestone in the lateral ; deposition type limestone conglomerates mostly include grainy matrix, most conglomerates are multi-components, well-rounded and bad-sorted.its conglomerates lies as inclined, imbricate, random etc, and part have cross bedding structure,it is stable in the lateral.
