珠江口桂山岛海域沉积物微生物群落特征分析

采用微生物群落水平生理特征分析和变性梯度凝胶电泳分析技术,研究了珠海桂山岛海域沉积物微生物群落功能和结构特征。结果发现,位于养殖区的S8站点其沉积物中的微生物群落均表现出较高的代谢活性,海水养殖对海洋微生物影响明显。表层沉积物17个主要优势菌分别属于γ-变形菌、δ-变形菌、拟杆菌、酸杆菌、放线菌等五大类,所占比例分别为27.8%、19.8%、23.1%、22.2%和7.0%。该海域沉积物中δ-变形细菌所占的相对百分含量与沉积物中重金属Ni、Cr、Fe和Pb含量呈显著正相关(P﹤0.05)。
In this paper, the phylogenetic and metabolic features of microbial communities in Guishan Island (Pearl River Estuary) were analyzed using community-level physiological profiling (CLPP) and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE). The results showed that microbial community metabolic activity in sediment of mariculture areas (S8) was higher than that in the other sites. It indicated that mariculture has obvious impact on the marine microbial ecosystem. 17 dominant bacteria belonged to γ-Proteobacteria, δ-Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Acidobacteria and Actinobacteria, with percentages of 27.8%, 19.8%, 23.1%, 22.2% and 7%, respectively. Furthermore, the relative percentage of δ-Proteobacteria in the sediment and the concentrations of heavy metals (Ni, Cr, Fe and Pb) had significantly positive correlation (P < 0.05).
