随着"中国制造2025战略"的提出,发展智能制造成为该战略的主攻方向。智能制造就是实现制造业数字化、网路化及智能化。智能制造的实现过程中,运用先进的数据分析对企业产生的工业数据进行挖掘具有十分重大的意义。本文根据工业生产的背景,运用界面设计相关理论,设计了一个用于工业数据分析与可视化的系统界面。通过可用性评价,结果表明该系统界面适用于工厂企业,尤其是中小制造企业,能为企业生产带来一定效益。

With the proposal of "Made in China 2025 Strategy", the development of intelligent manufacturing has become the main direction of this strategy. Intelligent manufacturing is to realize the digitization, networking and intelligence of the manufacturing industry. During the realization of intelligent manufacturing, it is of great significance to use advanced data analysis to mine industrial data generated by enterprises. Based on the background of industrial production, this paper uses the theory of interface design to design a system interface for industrial data analysis and visualization. Through usability evaluation, the results show that the system interface is suitable for factory enterprises, especially small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, which can bring certain benefits to the production of enterprises.
