常态和紧急状态下人员疏散方案研究

为研究体育馆类建筑火灾人员疏散的行为表现,本文采用疏散实验观测和Pathfinder软件模拟的方法,分别研究人员在常态和紧急状态条件下的行为表现。研究结果是常态下测量的疏散需要时间为418 s,紧急状态下的模拟疏散需要时间为377 s。本文的结论:常态条件下,人员单位流量系数是时间的二次函数,整个疏散过程流量系数基本保持恒定;紧急状态下模拟人员需要的疏散时间小于常态下需要疏散时间,但出口的有效使用不如实验测量的结果好。

In order to study evacuation behavior of gymnasium building fire, this paper adopts methods of evacuation experimental observation and Pathfinder software simulation, respectively research persons' behavior in normal and emergency conditions. Research result is that normal condition of experimental evacuation need time is 418 s, and emergency evacuation of simulation need time is 377 s. Our conclusion are as follows: Personnel unit flow coefficient is a quadratic function of time in normal conditions, and the flow coefficient is nearly constant during the whole evacuation time; Evacuation time needed in emergency situation is less than that in normal conditions, while the effective use of safety exits in Pathfinder simulation is not as well as that in experimental measurement.
