改进的GEP算法及其在图像配准中的应用
Modified Gene Expression Programming and Its Application of Image Registration
基于传统的基因表达式编程算法,提出了一种改进的基因表达式编程算法(modified gene expression programming, Mod-GEP),算法中设计种群约简和种群更新两个算子来提高种群多样性进而改进传统GEP算法性能。实验中将其应用于三个个函数发现问题和一幅基于控制点的图像配准,取得了满意的结果。
Based on conventional GEP, a modified GEP (namely Mod-GEP) is proposed in this paper, in which, two strategies including population updating and population pruning are adopted to increase the diversity of population. Then the proposed algorithm is applied into six function finding problems and a control points-based image registration problem.
