基于ANSYS Workbench的Delta并联机器人静力学分析及其优化设计
Statics analysis and optimization design of Delta parallel robot based on ANSYS Workbench
利用Creo6.0软件建立Delta并联机器人三维模型,通过ANSYS Workbench有限元软件构建了Delta并联机器人结构响应面模型,以Delta并联机器人的动、静平台半径以及主从动杆的长度为输入参数,采用响应面设计和多目标遗传算法对动、静平台半径以及主从动杆的长度进行了优化分析,结果表明优化后最大等效应力降低了10.63%,最大变形降低了24.73%,提高其力学性能,进而达到低应力、高安全性的优化目的。?????
reo6.0 software is used to establish the Delta 3 d model of parallel robot, through the finite element software ANSYS Workbench, Delta parallel robot structure response surface model was established to Delta and master-slave parallel robot platform for the dynamic and static radius of the length of the lever for the input parameters, using the response surface design and multi-objective genetic algorithm for dynamic and static platform radius and the length of the master-slave lever, the optimization analysis, the results show that the maximum equivalent stress reduced by 10.63% after optimization, the maximum deformation was reduced by 24.73%, improve its mechanical properties, Then achieve the optimization goal of low stress and high safety.
