压缩机是汽车空调系统振动噪声的主要激励源,直接影响汽车车内的NVH指标。为了研究和探讨某型摆盘式定排量汽车空调压缩机噪声过大的问题,采用了在半消声室中对压缩机进行噪声和振动信号采集的试验,通过压缩机的内部机构的动力学分析和采集数据的振动、噪声信号频谱分析,发现异常振动是由Gleason弧形齿轮制造缺陷导致。通过试验验证齿轮的制造精度是压缩机噪声的主要原因,精度达不到要求的齿轮会造成齿轮磨损影响齿轮运转的啮合平稳性,进而影响活塞的振动噪声并随着转速的增加而增大。

ompressor is the main vibration and noise source of the car air conditioning system, it directly affects the vehicle interior harshness (NVH) index. In order to research and discuss the problem that a certain type of vehicle air condition compressor with wobble-plate fixed displacement noise is too high, adopted experiment of gathering the noise and vibration data in a semi-anechoic room, through the dynamics analysis of compressor internal institutions and spectrum analysis of noise and vibration signal, found the unusual vibration was caused by the manufacturing defect of Gleason Arc gear. Through the experiment verified the gear with manufacturing defect is the main problem of compressor' noise and vibration,the gear that accuracy cannot meet the requirement will cause gear damage which affect gear meshing stationarity of operation,affected the vibration and noise of the piston,and increased with the increase of rotational speed.
