目的:观察参芪复方对GK大鼠肾脏过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γmRNA(PPARγmRNA)表达的影响及其可能的作用机制。方法:将随机血糖≥11.1mmol/L的GK大鼠40只随机分为雷米普利组、参芪复方高剂量组、参芪复方低剂量组、模型组四组,正常SD大鼠10只作为空白组。8周后以RT-PCR法测定大鼠肾PPARγmRNA的表达。结果:参芪复方高剂量组GK大鼠肾PPARγmRNA表达增强,和模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪复方高剂量能够增强PPARγ活性,可能是其降低血糖,抑制DN发生、发展的作用机制之一。

Objective:To observe the effects of Shenqi Compound Recipe on the express of PPARγmRNA in Kidney of GK Rats and its possible mechanisms. Methods:The 40 GK rats, RBG≧11.1mmol/L, were randomly divided into Ramipril group, the Shenqi Compound Recipe high dose group, the Shenqi Compound Recipe low dose group, and model group. 10 normal SD rats were set as the control group. After administered for 8 weeks, the expression of PPARγmRNA were determined from right kidney by RT-PCR way. Results:The expression of the PPARγmRNA increased,having statistically significance compared with the model group(P<0.05). Conclusions:The Shenqi Compound Recipe high dose group can lower the glucoe level,increase the PPARγ activities,which May be its one of the mechanisms in preventing DN.
