SBS/胶粉复合改性沥青制备工艺及路用性能研究
Preparation Technology and Pavement Performance Study of SBS and Rubber Powder Composite Modified Asphalt
针对目前国内改性沥青的研究现状和不足,以中海油70#沥青为基质沥青, SBS和胶粉作为改性剂,采用掺量为4%、5%、6%的SBS和2%、4%、6%的胶粉制备复合改性沥青进行对比试验,成功研发了一种适用于SBS/胶粉复合改性沥青的制备工艺,分析了不同掺量复合改性沥青的延度、针入度、软化点和弹性恢复变化趋势,并说明了引起变化趋势的原因。研究结果表明:在SBS掺量一定的情况下,随着胶粉掺量的增加复合改性沥青的延度呈现下降的趋势,软化点和弹性恢复呈现上升的趋势,针入度值呈现先下降后上升的趋势。研究可为SBS/胶粉复合改性沥青的制备工艺和路用性能研究提供重要参考。
ccording to the research status and shortage of modified asphalt, taking the cnooc 70 # asphalt as the matrix asphalt ,SBS and rubber powder as modifier, adopting the dosage of 4%, 5% and 6% of SBS while 2%, 4%, 6% of rubber powder to prepare composite modified asphalt for contrast test, studied the preparation technology for SBS and rubber power composite modified asphalt, analyzed the trend of ductility, penetration, softening point and elastic recovery with different proportion of composite modified asphalt, and then analyzed the reason. The study show that in the circumstances of the SBS with a certain dosage, with the increase of the rubber powder, the ductility showed a decreasing trend while the softening point and elastic recovery showed a rising trend, the penetration decreasing first and then rising. The study results can provide important reference for the preparation technology and performance study of composite modified asphalt.
