高原列车车窗压差自平衡装置的研究与设计
Research and Design of Pressure Difference Self-Balancing Device on Windows for Highland Trains
高原列车由于经常往返于高原与平原之间,车窗中空玻璃内外的压差频繁变化,导致玻璃表面发生频繁往复的微变形,不但影响车厢的气密性,更降低了车窗及车窗贴膜的使用寿命,徒增了铁路运行成本。现行的高原列车,尚没有理想的装置可对其影响进行有效控制。车窗压差自平衡装置的研制,是针对现行高原列车车窗结构的改进。通过设计气压测控系统,实时监测外界大气压的变化,调整中空玻璃内的气压,从而使内外压差达到平衡,补偿车窗玻璃表面的微变形。该装置实时性强,自动调节能力完善,经济性能好,从根本上解决了压差变化对列车运行条件的影响,具有技术革命的重大意义。
he highland trains go back and forth between the plateau and the plains frequently. The pressure difference inside and outside the insulating glass changes continually. It will not only cause frequent reciprocating deformation, the air tightness of the compartment, but also influence working life of both windows and films attached. Aims at the structure of current vehicle window, which does not have the ideal device to effectively control the influences however, research and design of pressure difference self balancing device is the improvement, which decreases the railway operating costs moreover. The self-balancing device, real-time monitoring of the pressure change outside the train, adjusting the air pressure within the insulating glass, so as to compensate the deformation and balance the differences. The device have the characteristics of strong real-time, perfect self-adjusting and good economical efficiency, being a fundamental resolution of the pressure change on the impact of the train operating conditions, having the profound significance of the technological revolution.
