基于WebGIS的基础设施管理系统

自2008年IBM提出智慧地球概念以后，各国各地政府提出并开始建设智慧城市。城市基础设施是智慧城市的基础，基于GIS的基础设施信息化管理是智慧城市建设的重要组成部分。本文以上海市普陀区基础设施管理系统为例，系统讨论了城市基础设施建设的基本需求、技术路线、系统构架和系统功能实现，对城市基础设施的信息化管理和开发工作进行尝试性的实践。
Since 2008,IBM proposed the concept of the earth of wisdom, the government all over the world put forward and begin to build the city of wisdom. City infrastructure is the foundation of wisdom city, infrastructure infromation management system based on GIS is an import part of the construction of wisdom city. In this paper, taking the city of Shanghai Putuo District infrastructure management system as an example, discusses the basic needs of city infrastructure construction,technical route, system structure and the system function realization, have a tentative practice on city infrastructure management and development work .
