在动态制冰中,冰晶生成器是系统循环的关键部件,其换热效果的好坏决定了制冰速率的高低和制冰效果的好坏,传统的冰晶生成器有内部存在的劣势,不利于冰晶的高效、连续生成,甚至会产生流动堵塞现象。本文针对冰晶生成和冲刷流动特点,设计了一种新型的冰晶生成器,可实现冰晶的高效、连续制取。

In dynamic ice production, ice crystals generator is the key components of circulation system, its heat transfer quality decides the ice production rate and ice quality, traditional ice crystals generators have internal exist disadvantages to make a high ice production rate and continuous generation, even produce flow blockage phenomenon. Aiming at the characteristics of ice formation and scour flow, this peper design a kind of new ice crystal generator, which can reach the goal of high-efficient and continuous production.
