Forming-Ability of the Laminated Material in the In-Mold Lamination Process

模内层压工艺是一种具有广阔市场前景的塑料制品成形方法。本文以汽车门内板上框架支架为例,从材料力学性能、工艺参数和模具结构等方面分析了层压材料的成形性。采用单轴拉伸实验获得层压材料(PVC人造革)的力学参数和模型,基于LS-DYNA的显式动力学有限元方法对PVC人造革的层压过程进行数值模拟,比较不同工艺参数和模具结构对成形质量的影响。

he in-mold lamination process is a new and potential process for plastic products. Taking the case of a support of the auto inner door panel, the forming-ability of the laminated material is analyzed, from the points of the mechanical properties of laminated material, processing parameters and mold structure. An experiment of single axis stretch is carried out to obtain the mechanical data and model of the laminated material (PVC). Then, the explicit dynamic finite element method based on LS-DYNA is used to simulate the lamination process of PVC, with discussing the effects of processing parameters and mold structure on the final quality.
