高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗监控成像及评价的研究现状
urrent Research of Monitoring Imaging and Evaluation for HIFU Therapy - A Review
HIFU技术由于无创或微创治疗的特点,近年来成为国际超声治疗学领域一个热门课题,并在我国初步实现了临床应用。高效、准确、个性化的治疗是HIFU治疗追求的目标,于是对于HIFU治疗前引导、定位,治疗中监控及治疗后评价的研究成为HIFU研究领域不可或缺的重要组成部分。本文首先介绍了以HIFU治疗物理机制(热机制、空化机制)为基础的监控成像方法;接着探讨了监控、评价HIFU形成的损伤常采用的几种组织参数定征方法(包括声学参数、力学参数等);然后比较了主要的三种成像方式,即MRI、CT和US成像方式各自的优缺点和适用范围;最后讨论了HIFU监控成像及评价技术所存在的问题和未来的研究方向。
High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) technique becomes a hot spot research due to noninvasive local destruction in ultrasound surgery area recently. This technique has been used in clinic in China. For effective and precise therapy, targeting and image guidance, monitoring imaging and lesion evaluation before, during and after HIFU surgery must be considered. This paper at first introduces the monitoring and imaging methods based on physical mechanism of HIFU therapy. Then several method based on ultrasound tissue characterization for assessing tissue lesion induced by HIFU are proposed. And three main imaging modalities, i.e. MRI、CT and US, are compared. At last some problems presented in monitoring imaging and evaluation techniques for HIFU surgery are put forward, as well as the development directions.
