血栓形成机制研究进展
he research progress of thrombus formation mechanism
血栓形成(thrombosis)是指在一定条件下,循环血液中有形成分在血管内形成栓子,造成血管部分或完全堵塞,相应部位血供障碍的病理过程。临床上由于血栓形成引起的急性事件有急性心肌梗死,缺血性脑卒中,肺栓塞和弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)等,常常危及生命.故对血栓形成机制的研究显得十分重要。本文简述传统的血栓形成理论,重点回顾最近国际国内研究较多的中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网、细胞外组蛋白及循环DNA等对血栓形成的促进作用。
hrombosis (thrombosis) is ,under certain conditions, the visible components in the circulating blood cause emboli formation in the blood vessels, whichl lead to a pathological process of blood vessel partially or completely blocked and the corresponding part blood supply disorder. There are some acute events caused by thrombosis such as acute myocardial infarction, ischemic stroke, pulmonary embolism and disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC),which often threaten the life .In this paper,we . So the study about the thrombosis is very important. This paper briefly describes the traditional theory of the formation of thrombus and review the recent domestic and international research about moreneutrophil extracellular traps, extracellular histone and cyclic DNA on thrombosisrole.
