安痛宁片的含量测定
Quantitative determination of An Tong Ning tablets
目的：建立安痛宁片中镇痛新、双氯灭痛的含量测定方法。方法：高效液相色谱法。使用VP-ODS（150mm×4.6mm，5μm）柱，以甲醇-水-三乙胺（50﹕50﹕0.1）为流动相，流速：1 ml/min，在220nm波长处检测。结果：镇痛新在2.00～12.00μg范围内呈线性关系，r=0.9999；双氯灭痛在10.00～60.00μg范围内呈线性关系，r=0.9999；平均回收率：镇痛新为99.6％，RSD=0.4%(n=9)；双氯灭痛为99.7％，RSD=0.4%(n=9)；结论：用高效液相色谱法，采用本文所提出的色谱条件，可分别测定安痛宁片中镇痛新、双氯灭痛的含量，结果准确。且该方法简便易行，回收率，重现性和精密度好，可用于安痛宁片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the quantitative determination of the Talwin and Diclofenac in An Tong Ning tablets. Methods: HPLC column was VP-ODS（150mm×4.6mm，5μm）.The mobile was methanol-water-triethyl amine（50﹕50﹕0.1），Flow rate was 1 ml/min，The detection wavelength was at 220nm. Results: The linear range of Talwin was in the range of 2.00～12.00μg，r=0.9999，and its average recovery was 99.6%(RSD=0.4%，n=9)；The linear range of Diclofenac was in the range of 10.00～60.00μg，r=0.9999，and its average recovery was 99.7%(RSD=0.4%，n=9)；Conclusion: HPLC can be used for the quantitative determination of Talwin and Diclofenac in An Tong Ning tablets on the basis of the condition of the article.and the results is accurate.The method is simple and with good reproducibility，and can be used for the quality control of An Tong Ning tablets.
