化工品中多环芳烃的高效液相色谱纯化技术

建立了高效液相色谱-紫外检测器(HPLC-UVD)纯化多环芳烃(PAHs)的 技术方法。化工产品中3种PAHs的甲醇溶液经HPLC-UVD分离后的5个洗脱馏分样品,经过2次HPLC-UVD纯化后,分别用HPLC-UVD和毛细管气相色谱-质谱-选择离子监测模式(GC-MS-SIM)测定,结果表明,经过HPLC-UVD纯化的化工产品的3个馏分分别为芴、菲和蒽,2次净化后的纯度达94.26%以上,其最大进样体积(浓度为2.5 mg/mL)为180μL,制备量为18.5μg~625.0μg。

technique for purifications of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in chemical products twice by high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detector (HPLC-UVD) and the determinations of separated fractions by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry-selected ion monitoring (GC-MS-SIM) with capillary column had been established. It was showed that three PAHs in chemical products in methnol solution could be obtained by collecting of five fractions and separating of three PAHs which are fluorene, phenanthrene and anthracene by HPLC-UVD. The results indicated that the purities of PAHs in three fractions after purifications by HPLC-UVD twice were much more than 94.26%, their maximal volume of samples injected in HPLC-UVD were up to 180μL of PAHs in concentration of 2.5 mg/mL, and their quantities of preparation of PAHs with HPLC-FLD were from 18.5 μg to 625.0 μg .
