我国政府数据开放平台个人隐私保护政策评价研究

Purpose/Significance] Evaluate the personal privacy protection policy of my countrys government data open platforms, is to promote the government data open platform personal privacy protection. [Method/Process] Based on the Personal Information Protection Law of the Peoples Republic of China and related documents, this article used the Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation system, and analyzed the personal privacy protection policies of my countrys 16 provincial government data open platforms, to complete the evaluation of the personal privacy protection policy of my countrys government data open platforms. [Result/Conclusion] The personal privacy protection policies of the government data open platforms in my country are not in place, and the overall level is low. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and improvement of personal privacy protection policies in terms of policy implementation, protective consciousness, and right and responsibility allocation.
