EB-PVD热障涂层热循环实验评价方法研究
EVALUATION METHOD OF EB-PVD THERMAL BARRIER COATINGS THERMAL CYCLING EXPERIMENT
本文采用循环加热冷却实验装置模拟热障涂层服役环境,开展了8批次热障涂层试样在不同保温时间条件下的热循环实验,评价了热障涂层抗剥落失效能力。采用指数下降的数学模型对热循环实验数据进行拟合分析,获得了表征热障涂层试样静态氧化性能和热疲劳性能的拟合参数。结果表明,在本实验工艺条件下制备的不同批次热障涂层试样的静态氧化性能和热疲劳性能具有不同的匹配关系,热障涂层试样静态氧化性能总体估计值为677±194小时,热疲劳性能总体估计值为6789±1818次。
hermal cycling testing to the eight batches of thermal barrier coatings samples under different holding time has been carried out by means of cycling heating and cooling apparatus simulating TBCs service environment. Using mathematical model of exponential decline fitting thermal cycle experimental data,characterization parameters of static oxidation performance and thermal fatigue performance of thermal barrier coated sample were obtained. The result indicates that static state oxidation performance and thermal fatigue performance of TBCs samples prepared under present experimental technology conditions have different match relation. The estimated value for static state oxidation performance is 677±194 hour, and the estimated value for thermal fatigue performance is 6789±1818 times.
