高速AD前端高频信号分压电路研究

High frequency signal partial pressure circuit for the need of engineering

如今,高速AD在整个数字化控制电路设计中起着非常重要的作用,而高速AD的前端采样调理电路也是其关键部分。目前信号调理电路中信号衰减常用的电路结构主要为传统的纯电阻网络分压和纯电容网络分压。但是高频信号中,由于不同厂家原件参数的差别以及原件管脚寄生电容、电感等因素的影响,并且这些复杂因素又无法提前知道,因此仅仅使用这两种传统的分压电路得到的结果很难满足实际需要。本文基于实际工程项目,提出一种简单可行的高频信号分压电路方法,此方法以传统分压电路为基础,结合示波器探头电路原理,经过多次实验分析后得出。实验数据及分析结果表明,在高频时本文提出的分压方法明显优于传统分压方法。

oday,high-speed AD in the whole digital control circuit design plays a very important role,and the front-end of the high-speed AD sampling circuit as well as the key part.The commonly used voltage divider for signal attenuation in the signal conditioning circuit adopts simple resistance network and capacitance network.However,in the high-frequency circuit,Because of some previously unknown factors (e.g., parameter difference between the electronic components of different manufacturers, parasitic capacity and inductance on the component pin),these two bleeder circuits hardly meet the practical need.In this paper,on basic of practical engineering project,a simple and practical high-frequency signal dividing circuit method was proposed.This method is based on the traditional partial pressure circuit,combined with the oscilloscope probe circuit theory.Experimental data and analysis results show that at high-frequencies the proposed partial pressure method was superior to the conventional method of dividing.
