表层材料晶格常数的CBED方法精确表征

在光滑的样品表面发生沉淀相变或者沉积镀膜以及外延生长的过程中,新相在自由表面一侧不受约束。由于新相与母相晶格常数以及位向关系所决定的晶格匹配的差异,新相在长大过程中会产生应力场。相对在母相内部形成的新相以界面位错的形式松弛应变场的情况,表面形成的新相的相变应力场更容易以弹性变形的形式存在,因此新相可能发生变形,从而导致晶格常数发生轻微的改变。本文通过采集表层析出相的汇聚束衍射谱(convergent-beam electron diffraction CBED),并借助动力学模拟对表层材料的晶格常数进行精确测定。相对于XRD方法,本方法能够在表层进行微区分析,逐一检测每一个析出相,故而能够更加敏感的反应晶格常数的变化。

he strain field may be introduced during the precipitation. When the new phase forms near the free surface, it is easier to deform elastically than that in bulk material, so that the lattice parameter of the new phase is offten slightly changed. In this paper, convergent-beam electron diffraction combined with dynamic simulation is used to make a precise measurement of the lattice parameters of the phase near the surface. Due to the ability of local analysis, it is possible to track every precipitate according to its orientation relationship. Compared with XRD, this method is more sensitive to the local change of the lattice parameters.
