OPC UA(Unified Architecture)是在经典OPC基础上发展而来的新的规范,克服了经典OPC的局限性,具有平台独立性、可扩展性等优点,广泛应用于工业控制领域。其常用架构为客户端/服务器模式,信息传输是OPC UA最基础的功能之一。Node-RED是基于Node.js的可视化的编程工具,它允许组合各模块部件来编写应用程序,使编程更简洁。Node-RED具有的展示模块提供了更多样化的信息展示的选择。本文设计了一个在Node-RED中通过连接OPC UA相关节点模块创建流作为OPC UA客户端,连接OPC UA服务器,并调用读写、订阅等服务,实现对车间温度的实时监控及展示,并能在温度过高时启动风扇。

OPC UA (Unified Architecture) is a new specification developed on the basis of classic OPC. It overcomes the limitations of classical OPC. With the advantages of platform independence and scalability, OPC UA is widely used in the filed of industrial control. Its common architecture is client/server mode. And information transfer is one of the most basic functions of OPC UA. Node-RED is a visual programming tool based on Node.js that allows to combine modules to write applications and make programming simpler. Node-RED has a display module that provides a more diverse selection of information. This paper designs a stream to create an OPC UA client by connecting OPC UA node modules in Node-RED. OPC UA client can connect to the OPC UA server and call services such as reading and writing, subscription, etc., to realize real-time monitoring and display of the workshop temperature, and to start the fan when the temperature is too high.
