烯烃中含有不饱和C=C双键,可以发生环氧化反应,得到重要的有机化学反应中间体环氧化合物。绿色氧化剂分子氧环氧化烯烃是一个重要反应途径,根据文献报道,反应体系中需要加入金属离子和共还原剂,需要寻求一种更加简单高效的还氧化方法。本文以分子氧作为氧化剂,1,2-二氯乙烷作为溶剂,加入偶氮类自由基引发剂AIBN,80℃温度下反应16h,实现了烯烃的环氧化,得到环氧化产物,实验结果良好,最高产率达到82%。
Olefins, with an unsaturated C = C double bond in the molecular structure, can take epoxidation reaction and product corresponding epoxides, which are important intermediates in organic synthesis. As a kind of green oxidants, olefins epoxidation with molecular oxygen is an important approach. According to the reported literatures, the addition of metal ions and large amount of reducing agent is necessary in oxygen epoxidation reaction system, a more simple and efficient oxidation method is to be studied. In this paper, an AIBN mediated olefin epoxidation reaction was obtained, with molecular oxygen as oxidant, azo radical initiator AIBN as mediator, 1,2-dichloroethane as solvent, react for 16 h at 80 ℃. Experimental result was excellent and the epoxides yield was up to 82%.
