自适应分区域多样式轨迹规划算法研究
ool Path Planning Algorithm based on adaptive Partition and Multi Style
提出了一种自适应划分区域,并生成较为合理的多样式连续轨迹的刀路规划算法。根据曲率特征将曲面划分为若干个区域。引入权因子函数改变Hilbert曲线的走向,可根据曲面局部区域生成相对较优的走刀轨迹,整个曲面的走刀轨迹是一条连续无抬刀的轨迹,能够整体缩短切削刀具路径,提高加工稳定性。通过实例证明了算法的可行有效。
In this pape a method of adaptive partition and multi style tool path planning algorithm is proposed combined with the improved Hilbert curve . The different regions are machined separately with different tool path pattern generation methods to machining the freeform surface model representative, the methods according to the model features can be automatically and adaptive partition regions and generate tool path, using the cutting patterns in different regions. Finally the tool path with good cutting performance is generated. The method improves processing efficiency and surface quality. The example demonstrate the proposed method is avoid and feasible.
