差热分析法研究聚羧酸对早期钙矾石生成的影响

为了改善水泥某些方面的性能,往往加入外加剂。不同外加剂的作用机理不尽相同。为了进一步了解不同外加剂对水泥水化过程的不同影响和此时水泥水化产物的微观变化。应用差热分析动态分析技术,对水泥水化早期时主要水化产物组成及含量的变化进行研究。通过对比实验,对掺加与不掺加聚羧酸减水剂的DTA曲线进行分析和比较,从而判断水化产物的变化,并进一步推断水化机理。将掺PCA-1减水剂、掺PCA-2减水剂的水泥与净浆水泥进行DSC曲线及TG曲线的对比,综合分析得知,AFt的减少可能与减水剂延缓水泥水化有关,或是部分AFt有可能转化成了AFm或C3A直接与水泥中的碳酸钙反应生成了单碳型AFm相,而且聚羧酸减水剂促进了水泥中铝相和硅酸钙的水化。

o improve cement’s some performance, special admixtures are usually added into cement. Mechanisms of different admixtures are diverse. In order to further understand influences and micro-changes of different admixtures, differential thermal analysis technology is used to study the content and composition of hydration products in early time. By texts, DTA lines of pure cement and cement with admixtures is compared, so the changes of hydration products are concluded, further, hydration mechanism is better known. Through comparing DSC and TG lines, we have some conclusions. Aft’s reduce is related to admixtures, or some Aft translate into AFm, or C3A has reaction with calcium carbonate and AFm is generated. Moreover, carboxyl ate admixtures have promoted calcium silicate’s hydration.
