延胡索主要有效成分药代动力学及其相互作用研究进展

随着现代医学的发展,中药在临床上的应用也日益广泛,所以开展中药药物相互作用的研究具有十分重要的临床意义。延胡索主要用于治疗各种疼痛,由于其显著的止痛效果和较低的耐药性,目前在临床上应用较广。延胡索主要活性成分为生物碱类,其中以延胡索乙素(THP)、原阿片碱(PRO)和去氢紫堇碱(DHC)为主要有效成分,但有关其与CYP450s和P-gp相互作用的研究较少,因此延胡索主要有效成分的相互作用研究具有重大意义。本文对延胡索的化学成分,其主要有效成分的药理作用、药代动力学以及体内外药物相互作用研究进展以综合论述,指出现阶段延胡索主要有效成分药物相互作用研究的不足,对进一步完善其药物相互作用及其机制研究提出建议。

Along with the development of modern medicine, application of Chinese traditional medicine in clinical was becoming widely, so improving the study of drug-drug interactions is very important and significance for clinical. Rhizoma Corydalis was a traditional Chinese medicine, which was mainly used in the treatment of all kinds of pain, as its significant analgesic effect and low resistance, it has widely used in clinic at present. The main active ingredient of Rhizoma Corydalis was alkaloids, in which tetrahydropalmatine(THP), Protopine (PRO) and Dehydrocavidine (DHC) were active components, but the studies on interactions with CYP450s and P-gp were limited. So studies of drug-drug interactions on Rhizoma Corydalis and its active components was great significance. The author reviewed the chemical composition of Rhizoma Corydalis, and pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and in vivo drug-drug interactions of its main effective components. And puts forward the study limited of drug-drug interactions on these main activity components of Rhizoma Corydalis, and to give some suggestions for further improve the drug-drug interaction and mechanism research.
