基于TPB的微信用户知识共享意愿影响因素研究

微信作为最新兴起的移动虚拟社区,发展十分迅速,已经拥有了相当数量的用户以及功能使用认可度。在微信朋友圈进行知识共享,也受到越来越多的欢迎。本文试图从人类行为的角度探讨微信用户知识共享的影响因素。通过整合计划行为理论与社会资本理论,本文构建了包括知识共享态度、主观规范、感知行为控制和社会网络关系四个维度的微信知识共享意向影响因素研究模型,并提出相应研究假设,然后通过微信用户调查问卷和数据分析进行实证分析,已验证研究假设。最终通过统计分析和结果讨论得知在微信用户知识共享过程中,知识共享态度、主观规范、感知行为控制和社会网络关系对知识共享意向具有显著的正向意向作用。
Wechat as a mobile virtual community the new rising, development is very rapid, already have recognition using a considerable number of user and function. Sharing in theWechat friends circle of knowledge, has been more and more popular. This paper attempts to explore the influence factors of Wechat user knowledge sharing behavior from the angle of TPB and social capital theory, this paper constructed four dimensions including knowledge sharing attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and the relationship between the social network model to study the factors affectingknowledge sharing, and puts forward the corresponding research hypothesis,and then through the Wechat user survey questionnaire and data analysis and empirical analysis, have been verify the research hypothesis. Finally through the statistical analysis and results discussion that in micro letter users of knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and social network relationship has a positive significant effect on the intention of knowledge sharing intention.
