t present, there is serious unbalance of the provisions of public goods in city and countryside. And this has become the deep cause, which affected the difference between city and countryside in China. This paper focuses on the urban and rural harmonious development in JiaXing. Through the analyses of the provisions of the public goods in city and countryside, we can see the provisions of public goods in countryside exist a lot of problems, such as the lack of public goods, the provision of poor quality, the backward infrastructure or the unreasonable structure of provision, etc. Compared with urban citizens, the rural citizens have an immense difference in education, public sanitation, and societal protection and so on. Aiming at the projecting problems now existing in governments should adopt effective measures. They may increase the money invested for achieving the effective provisions of the rural public goods. And then we may shorten the difference between city and countryside, reach the goals of the urban and rural harmonization in JiaXing.
